Remia produces a wide range of sauces, dressings and margarines. Remia consulted one of the Rockaseller partners for their retail challenges. We structured their market approach and built & implemented a solid template for their customer account plans. We took up the retail sales management and ran the  yearly retailer negotiation cycle for their A-brands & private label business.
