Quorn is the world market leader in the business of plant-based (meat-free) proteins. Their need for European expansion outside of Britain led them to partner with Rockaseller. Through extensive market research, we translated their strategy into a solid business plan to fuel their expansion and revitalize the brand and business.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES MANAGEMENT - FOODSERVICE

As a follow-up to the business plan, Rockaseller has drawn up the operational plan (defining the opportunities, pricing strategy and prospects per category) for the Dutch foodservice market. This plan was implemented and commercial relationships were built to prepare Quorn to set up its own NL foodservice team.

CONSULTANCY - RETAIL

The Dutch Quorn retail team consulted Rockaseller for their retail challenges. We structured their market approach, built a solid template for their customer account plans and coached them for the upcoming retailer negotiations.
