The VIA is an association of independent beverage & food wholesalers, active in the Dutch foodservice market. How do we, as independent beverage and food wholesalers, maintain our relevance amid the rapidly changing food service industry? The VIA board has hired Rockaseller to develop a vision and plan for the future. The aim of this plan is to improve the negotiating position with its business partners, grow business results and to guarantee the association’s future position in the market.
