Heineken and Sligro launched a strategic route-to-market partnership for the Dutch foodservice market. The RTM integration is innovative in the predominantly traditional OOH market in this area. Rockaseller provided an interim project manager who was part of the larger project team in the role of Sales and Customer project lead. In this role, Rockaseller was involved in the integration of logistics, invoicing & sales processes between Heineken and Sligro Food Group.

The larger Rockaseller team was also responsible for the communication concept, plan & event aimed at external customers and the collaboration of the sales teams of both companies.

This assignment has given Rockaseller the opportunity to gain experience with the two market leaders in their field in the Netherlands.
